Well, it is SO Great to hear that there are people out there still who care enough to take care of the consumer if/when awkward moments occur. I (as I notified you) had gone through several moments which affected me to a strong point of impact which will take some time to forget.
I am actually an active mediator / assistant in an incontinence forum where I donate my spare time assisting those who are where I was at 7+ yrs. ago with my incontinence issues: "Can anyone see?, What really works?, Why did this happen to Me?, This is SO embarrassing... Who can I Really talk to?", and so-forth.
Anyway, as I mentioned when my business began with Continence Connection (I believe in November of '08?), it is (Now even More) Great to have a supplier who genuinely cares, and That, my friend, has solidified my business Permanently with You & Only You, Robin! I cannot express enough just how grateful I am, since over the years I've had 3 (This being the third) defective issues with certain products which did get resolved, but one was highly embarrassing (Serenity Day & Night Incontinence pads), but I'm looking out for the next consumer ~ usually never myself, which is how we here at Quality Mechanical do business ~ and so do You, Robin. Doesn't it feel Great when you have the satisfaction of being, well, "Held High" in your customer's mind before, during, after, then repeat again ~ doing business with? It does for us!
